We ship to all addresses within New Zealand and Australia, including both urban and rural locations. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid any delays or issues with your order. At this time, we only offer shipping within New Zealand and Australia. We are exploring options for international expansion.

o          Free Shipping Urban Areas: On orders over $100.00 NZD.

o          Express Shipping Urban Areas: $16.00 NZD       

o          Standard Shipping Rural Areas: $9.99.00 NZD for orders under $120.00 NZD.

o          Rural Areas: Delivery may take up to 5-9 business days.

 

  • Australia:

o          Non-Rural Areas: Delivery is usually within 5-9 business days.

o          Rural Areas: Delivery may take up to 7-12 business days.

 

Please note that delivery times may vary based on location and external factors such as weather conditions or high demand periods.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Farmacy Herbal. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.

 

  1. Return Policy
  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 5 days of the purchase date for unused and unopened products. If the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  • Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted for unused and unopened products within 5 days of the purchase date. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team for instructions.
  • Process: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your exchange and send out the new item. If there is a difference in price, you may be required to pay the additional amount or will receive a refund for the difference.
  1. Refunds
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

Exclusions/ Exceptions: We do not accept returns for opened or used products, or Herbal products and counselling services/sessions are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their nature.
