It provides essential minerals like iron, copper, magnesium, and potassium, which support kidney function by enhancing blood flow and maintaining electrolyte balance.
1. Take a small "Fenugreek seed or a drop" size resin (approx 100mg - 200mg) (see image 7).
2. Add it to a 50ml glass of hot water (dechlorinated) and stir until it dissolves completely.
For optimum results Shilajit is best absorbed in the body when mixed with milk (Please make sure you heat up the milk first. Once heated, you can add Shilajit).
3. Enjoy on an empty stomach in the morning to improve digestion.
Note: Avoid taking it at evening/night as it may disturb sleep.
Take it once or twice a day (100 - 200mg)
Take shilajit every alternate day to allow your body time to adjust to the certain micronutrients in your blood and store the ones it requires.
Cycle the use of Shilajit. After 2-3 months of continued use take a break for a month.
Pay attention to the maximum dose and make sure it does not exceed 250mg.
Note: Please do not mix Shilajit with chlorinated water (tap water) as humic/ fulvic acid contained in the Shilajit might react with Chlorine and produce a harmful substance. Use bottled/ mineral water, OR , you can boil tap water and let the boiled water sit in a glass for a couple of minutes to allow the chlorine to evaporate.
